Ryo started his career in 1995 while DJing at one of the few clubs in the Tokyo trance scene, the legendary Flower (Geoid), and by 1999 had risen to the status of resident DJ, at which point he joined the ranks of Solstice Music. His uncanny ability to read the mood of the dance floor, along with his steady mixing technique of various tracks has developed into a DJ style that has been hailed for its individualism. Along with traveling all over Japan, he has recently spread his wings overseas, playing the "Rainbow Serpent" in Australia, as well as Italy's "Sonica" and other big festivals while playing in other territories like Brazil, Germany, and New Caledonia.
