World-renowned sound system coming to Japan! NEW

With over 60 years of experience and top shares in Europe, the sound company RCF’s advanced sound system, “TTL55-A” will be coming to Japan for the first time ever. This sound system has already proven itself at the biggest US festival, Coachella, as well as Fat Boy Slim’s show of 20,000 attendees. This product is the result of the company’s research and development, to deliver high-powered sounds without losing the hi-fi aspect. The person in charge of developing the sound system will be coming from Italy for the festival in order to bring you the highest quality of sound!

MINI Campaign Car Design Winners Announced!

Thank you so much to all of the participants for this year’s campaign car “MINI CROSSOVER” design competition. The cars wrapped in designs created by our two winners (Kurodo Ushijima-Tokyo, Daisuke Akashi- Osaka) will be driven around the Kanto area until the day before the festival. They will also be exhibited at the festival entrance on show day. Photos will be revealed on the special website on May 18 (Fri) Check it out!

Design Competition Winners to be Announced May 9 (Wed)

Thank you all for contributing to this year’s campaign car MINI CROSSOVER Design Competition. We are currently in the process of selecting our two winners. Winners will be announced May 9 (Wed) on our special website. The campaign cars with winning designs can be seen driving around the Kanto area until the festival date, and will be exhibited at the festival entrance on show day.

Rental Rule contact

Rental System

Reservations

For inquiries and reservations on equipment rental, please feel free to contact us by mail or telephone. Please consult our equipment rental staff for discounts concerning long term and or frequent rental use.
A customer signature is needed once they have read and agreed with our terms and conditions of lease.

Information regarding equipment rental; Days of use and return policy

Equipment rental charges will start at 1 PM on the day of rental, until 1 PM the day of return. Daily rental charges will start once the equipment has been picked up, and will accumulate for every 24 hours that the piece of equipment is rented out. Extra fees will be charged to customers who fail to return equipment by 1 PM on the day of return.

Equipment Setups

We offer services for equipment setups and PA operators. For more inquiries please contact our equipment rental staff.

Cancellation Policy

50% of total rental fees will be charged for cancellations made 3 days before the actual rental period. 100% of total rental fees will be charged for cancellation made on the day of actual rental period.
Please contact our rental staff if equipment rented out will be returning later than the scheduled return date.

Equipment Rental Extension Fees

10% of the daily rate will be charged for equipment returned 1 hour after the scheduled return time. 50% for 6 hours and a 100% for equipment being returned a day later.

Rental equipment pick-ups and returns

We do not offer services for shipping or transporting of equipment. Rental equipment must be picked up and returned at our company's equipment rental office.
